Can I force Windows to change its proxy settings depending on my network connection?

Technically, you can force each of your networks on Windows to use different proxy servers automatically. However, Windows does not support this setting directly, so you need to create a custom script with your proxy credentials and add this file to the root of the drive C. Then you can go to advanced network settings and change your script there.
